Jeff Glickman serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of J4 Capital LLC, Artificial Superintelligence Advisor, which he co founded in 2006.

Jeff Glickman is a computer scientist trained at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign where he received a BS, Computer Science. His expertise is in artificial intelligence, image processing and stochastic computation. He holds numerous patents including foundational patents for machine learning. In 2005, he developed the first artificial superintelligence and in 2019 discovered the first artificial general intelligence.

Mr. Glickman is the Chair Emeritus of the Seattle Section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), Senior Member of the IEEE, and previously served on the IEEE Technical Committee on Semantic Computing. He is a Board Certified Forensic Examiner, a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners, and served on the Washington State Forensic Investigations Council where he had oversight responsibilities for the Washington State Crime and Toxicology Laboratory system. He is President Emeritus of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Puget Sound Region and has served on the ASPRS Forensics Working Group and the ASPRS Student Advisory Committee. Mr. Glickman is the past Chairman of the City of Hood River, Oregon, Planning Commission and the past Deputy Mayor of Woodinville, Washington. Mr. Glickman also serves as a Board Member for The International Group for Historic Aircraft Recovery and DIRAC, the Data Intensive Research in Astrophysics and Cosmology for the Vera C. Rubin Telescope (formerly Large Synoptic Survey Telescope, LSST). He is a frequent contributor on television, in newspapers, and at conferences.

Steven Jacobs serves as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer of J4 Capital LLC, Artificial Superintelligence Investment Adviser, which he co founded in 2006.

Steven Jacobs has a 40+ year track record of success as an entrepreneur and CFO across a range of industries including securities trading, investment management, software development and distribution, medical devices, surface modification nanotechnologies and consumer products.

He has the distinction of being the youngest MBA in US history, conferred by the University of Chicago (Booth) School of Business at age 19. While earning his MBA, Mr. Jacobs worked as Research Assistant at the Chicago Board of Trade under Dr. Richard Sandor, creator of financial futures. This experience led Mr. Jacobs to mortgage banking and Wall Street where he rose to be Head of Mortgage Securities Trading for two recognized dealers, running $1B positions in mortgage securities and derivatives.

Mr. Jacobs left Wall St. to take over Financial Automation Ltd., creator of PRO JECT ® , the industry standard software solution for cash flow analysis of complex real estate. Following the sale of Financial Automation, Mr. Jacobs formed his own financial consultancy, with CFO engagements across consumer and medical industries. Mr. Jacobs is a Member of The Dramatists Guild (music and lyrics for Brand New City A Wall Street Musical).

David Oring serves as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Member of  J4 Capital LLC, Artificial Superintelligence Advisor, which he joined in 2019.

David Oring is an accomplished and dedicated investment professional with a long track record of success in wealth management. He was a managing partner in the launch of multiple successful businesses and the head trader overseeing the desks of both registered investment advisors and hedge funds.  A leader with extensive experience in equities and options trading, designing and implementing technology platforms, compliance and overseeing firm wide operations.

David was a partner at Hollow Brook Wealth Management LLC for 12 years where he was a member of the investment team, led firm-wide trading, settlement and reconciliation operations and was instrumental in building the firm from inception to over $900 million in assets under management.

Prior to joining Hollow Brook, David was a vice president at Ingalls & Snyder, LLC. and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc (KBW Asset Management), where he was head of trading and technology. Earlier he worked for Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., in equity sales and trading as well as Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette Securities, Corp., in investment banking, debt capital markets and high-grade debt trading. David received a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Robert Emanuele serves as Director of Engineering
at J4 Capital LLC, Artificial Superintelligence Advisor, which he joined in 2017.

Robert Emanuele is an accomplished software engineer with a successful 25-year track record of increasing responsibilities in various technology, communications, and financial services companies. Prior to joining J4 Capital in 2017,  he was with Rackspace’s Monitoring and Intelligence departments for 5 years, developing a massively distributed system to monitor and provide analysis tools for virtually everything across their worldwide hosting sites.  He became the team’s Software Development Manager.

Rob was Senior Systems Engineer, performing computer engineering and design for embedded systems at Crystalfontz America during the prior 4-year period.  He was a Senior Software Engineer for Ask.com’s Bloglines distributed newsreader and blog search product for the 4 years earlier.

Earlier in his career, he provided consulting to AT&T Bell Labs later Lucent Technologies Bell Labs working in VoIP software and hardware.  Following that he began a foray into distributed systems and parallel processing working on Massively Multiplayer Online Games at Cyan.

Rob has also lent his expertises to various firms through his consultancy over the last 25 years. He received a BS in Computer Science from Lehigh University.

Phil Egger serves as Director of Business Development at J4 Capital LLC, Artificial Superintelligence Advisor.

Phillip Egger is an attorney with over three decades experience advising closely held businesses and owners of taxable estates. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and his Masters degree in U.S. federal tax law from the University of Florida. Mr Egger has been a visiting Professor at the University of Florida School of Law and has been a guest speaker at the University of Washington School of Law Tax Institute. Mr Egger is the former Chairman of the East King County Estate Planning Council. Mr. Egger served on the Board of Regents at Gonzaga University, the Board Of Directors of Eastside Catholic High School and the Board of Directors of the Seattle Children’s Museum.
